Digital Asset Risk Disclosure

Loss and volatility

Digital asset prices may fluctuate substantially and you may lose some or all of their value. Stablecoins can lose their reference value or become subject to issuer restrictions, reserve shortfalls, redemption limits or freezing.

Network and address selection

Assets on different blockchains are not interchangeable. Sending to the wrong network, token contract or address can result in permanent loss. Verify the exact network and supported token before transferring.

Finality and fees

Transactions may be delayed, rejected, replaced or affected by network reorganizations. Signing and broadcast do not prove settlement. Native assets, token-account rent or network resources may be required to send tokens. Fees can change and may be payable even when an operation fails.

Keys, infrastructure and custody

Aureus uses Turnkey for wallet infrastructure and signing. Provider integration does not eliminate risks from compromised credentials, unauthorized instructions, software defects or service outages. The applicable client agreement defines authorization and custody arrangements; do not infer personal control of signing keys from the word wallet.

No deposit protection

Digital assets are not bank deposits, are not legal tender in many jurisdictions and are not covered by FDIC deposit insurance. Provider or banking relationships do not insure digital asset holdings.

Your responsibilities

Review transaction details carefully, protect credentials and comply with applicable laws and tax obligations. Aureus does not promise a particular return, value, liquidity or execution outcome.
