These terms govern use of the Aureus website and access to its platform. Product-specific agreements, eligibility checks and separately agreed commercial terms apply to financial services.

About Aureus
Aureus Banking Company operates a financial technology platform. The company name does not mean Aureus is a chartered bank. Information on this website is for general product information and is not investment, tax or legal advice.
Access and eligibility
Access is invitation-only. A demonstration request does not create an account, approve an application or establish entitlement to any service. You must provide accurate information, be authorized to act for your organization and satisfy applicable onboarding requirements.
Accounts and credentials
Keep account passwords and API credentials confidential. Use only accounts and tenant resources you are authorized to access. Notify Aureus promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Developer access does not authorize unrestricted access to other clients’ financial information.
Payment instructions
Check the asset, network, address, amount and reference before submitting an instruction. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. A submitted or broadcast transaction is not a guarantee of confirmation or final settlement. Network fees and applicable service charges may apply.
Permitted use
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, security testing without permission or infringement of others’ rights. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with applicable requirements.
Service availability
Features, networks and eligibility may change. Banking is currently coming soon and is not available through Aureus. No website statement guarantees approval, uninterrupted availability, investment returns or a particular settlement time.
Third-party services
Wallet infrastructure uses Turnkey. Planned fiat integrations use Increase and applicable banking partners. Their services may be subject to separate agreements. Aureus does not control public blockchain networks.
