Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Aureus uses information collected through its website, demonstration enquiries and invited account access.
Effective October 30, 2026
Information we collect
Demo requests collect your name, work email, company, intended client or developer use, and message. Invited accounts include an account identifier, email, role, organization or tenant reference and a password hash. Sessions store a hashed session identifier and expiry. Technical logs and security controls may process IP addresses, request details and timestamps.
Financial information
When financial services are used, Aureus processes wallet identifiers, payment references, addresses, transaction identifiers and instructions needed for those services. Never send recovery phrases, private keys or unnecessary identity documents through the demo form. Public blockchain records may be visible independently of Aureus.
How information is used
We use enquiries to respond and arrange demonstrations; account information to authenticate and authorize access; payment information to carry out instructions and maintain records; and technical information to operate, troubleshoot and protect the platform.
Service providers
Hosting uses Vercel, database storage uses Neon, wallet infrastructure uses Turnkey, and configured email notifications use Resend. Planned banking integrations use Increase. Information is shared with service providers as needed for their function, and where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect rights and security.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable operational, security and legal needs. Different record types may have different retention requirements. Access controls, hashed passwords and secure session cookies help protect account access; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of information or ask about applicable privacy rights through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained, and Aureus cannot remove transactions already recorded on public blockchains.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process information in more than one country. Applicable protections and rights depend on your location and the service agreement. Updates to this notice are published here.
